Today I have a beautiful skittlette to show you!
For the manicure I started off with a black base of Essie Licorice on my pointer and thumb, and a pink base of Essie Groove is in the Heart on my pinky. Afterwards I applied the rose water decals to my middle and ring finger. To finish everything off I applied two small studs to my pinky.
I love how feminine this turned out!
