Lead Light

Hey guys!

Today I have some lead light nail art inspired by one of my old manicures and by Anna Gorelova to share with you!

For the manicure I started off with a white base of Essence Wild White Ways. Afterwards I stamped the leaves with MoYou London Tropical 06 stamping plate and the black polish Essie Licorice. Lastly I colored in the leaves with OPI Chromatic Orange, OPI Pen & Pink, and OPI Purple Perspective.

I will never get tired of this manicure!

Oil Droplets

Hey guys!

Today I have some very simple nail art to share with you!

For the manicure I started off with a stunning red-toned berry base of Essence True Love. Afterwards I added the two studs (that kinda looks like oil droplets) to my ring finger.

I am really busy at the moment, so unfortunately I don't have a lot of time for nail art.

Essie Shine of the Times

Hey guys!

Today I have some simple negative space nail art featuring two of my absolute favourite polishes!

For the manicure I started off with a cobalt blue base of Chanel Vibrato on all my nails - on my ring finger and pinky I only painted part of the nail and cleaned up the edges of the negative space nail art with a clean-up brush dipped in acetone. Afterwards I applied Essie Shine of the Times on my pinky and ring finger.

I am in LOVE with this nail art!

Fall

Hey guys!

Today I have some fall stamping nail art to share with you!

For the manicure I started off with an off-white base of Barry M Coconut on all my nails. Afterwards I used the Born Pretty BPL-024 stamping plate and a lot of different polishes (the mustard yellow Barry M Mustard, the burnt orange OPI It's a Piazza Cake, the green Essie Going Incognito, and the red Essie Dress to Kilt).

It was mostly the yellow and the orange polish that showed up on the stamp, but I still really like how it turned out anyways!

CND Nightspell Collection

Hey guys!

Today I have a swatch and review of the new CND Vinylux Nightspell collection to share with you!
This collection is SPONSORED by Insight Cosmetics Group, but everything I write about it is my own and honest opinion.

These polishes are all swatched on my bare nails and topped with a coat of CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat.

First up I have Eternal Midnight, which is a deep purple with an aqua blue shimmer.
The formula on this one is okay - it is a little on the thin side and it does need three coats to be completely opaque.

Next is Berry Boudoir - a deep berry crelly polish.
This formula is on the thin and runny side, which means it also needs three layers to achieve full opacity.

Next up I have Mercurial, which is an awesome gunmetal shimmer.
The formula was great - not too thin and not too thick. And best of all; it only needs two thin coats or one thicker coat to be opaque.

Time for this stunning dusty purple shade: Lilac Eclipse.
The formula on this one is perfect - just a little on the thicker side, which makes it easier to apply and control. It does need two coats to be completely opaque though, but the dry-time is great as well.

Next up is Viridian Veil, which is a frosty, metallic teal.
The formula is great and it is opaque in two easy coats.

Lastly I have Hypnotic Dreams - a really unique metallic multichrome shimmer that goes from green to gold to pink.
The formula is on the thinner side, and it needs three layers to reach full opacity.

Concluding remarks:
The shades in this collection are really unique and perfect for fall. Most of the formulas are on the thinner side, but all manageable with a little patience.

Matte

Hey guys!

Today I have a matte french manicure to share with you!

For the manicure I started off with a dark brown base of Essie Lady Godiva on all my nails. Afterwards I used striping tape and the matte top coat Essie Matte About You to make the french tip.

I love this matte and shiny nail art!

Today I have some simple nail art to share with you featuring my signature accent nail!

For the manicure I started off with a deep blue base of Essie Style Cartel on all my nails. On my ring finger I only painted two thirds of the nail, cleaned op the edge of the design with a small nail art brush dipped in acetone, and finally added a piece of silver striping tape.

Then and Now

Hey guys!

Today I have some more Then and Now nail art to share with you!
I recreated this mix and match leopard and striped manicure from April of 2014.

For the leopard nails I started off with a taupe nude base of piCture pOlish Nougat on my middle finger, ring finger, and thumb. Afterwards I followed my own tutorial using the brown OPI Going My Way or Nor-Way?, the black Essie Licorice, and a dotting tool to create the leopard print.
For the striped nails I started off with a white base of Essence Wild White Ways on my pointer and pinky. Afterwards I used some thick striping tape and Essie Licorice to create the stripes.

And here is a comparison of Then and Now!

I am so happy with my development these last three years! I think the 'Now' manicure is much better than the 'Then' manicure.
