Hey guys!
Today I have my very first scaled gradient to share with you!
I started off with a white base on all my nails. Afterwards I used a make-up sponge, piCture pOlish Sorbet, piCture pOlish Chillax and piCture pOlish Instinct to create a gradient on about half my nail. When that was completely dry (use a quick-drying top coat) I applied a chevron nail vinyl and used the make-up sponge and the same polishes to create the same gradient on the other half of my nail.
I am definitely trying this technique again - I really like it!
What do you guys think about this scaled gradient? Let me know in the comments!
Stay polished.

April Nail Art Challenge: Event
Hello ladies!
Today it is time for another manicure for the April Nail Art Challenge with Fancy Friday!
The challenge today is to be inspired by an event. I chose the event Kapsejladsen (The Boat Race), which is an annual beer baton between 12 of the faculties on Aarhus University! I study psychology and we wear yellow caps every year to support our team - and that is exactly what I was inspired by.
For the manicure I started off with a white base of OPI Alpine Snow on all my nails. Afterwards I stamped the yellow chevrons on using MoYou London Fashionista Plate Collection 05 and Mundo de Uñas Yellow stamping polish.
Even though the stamping came out crooked, I really like this manicure!
What do you guys think about this event-inspired nail art? Let me know in the comments!

Fancy Friday: Favorite Color
Hello ladies!
Today the theme in Fancy Friday is favorite color, so I made a blue ombré featuring negative space!
For the manicure I applied Single Chevron Nail Vinyls from Glam My Mani near the cuticle-area on my naked nails. Then I used five different blue polishes to paint one color on each nail. I used the following polishes (from lightest to darkest): Essie Borrowed and Blue, Deborah Lippmann Blue Orchid, Essie Avenue Maintain, Essie Mezmerise, and Essie Style Cartel.
I really like the result!
What do you guys think about this blue ombré? Let me know in the comments!

Fancy Friday: Multicolored Stamping
Hello ladies!
Today it is time for another Fancy Friday manicure!
The challenge this week is multicolored stamping. I did not know whether to make double stamping (two layers of stamping in two different colors) or gradient stamping (one layer of stamping with two different colors blend together). I went with the last one and I am really happy with the result!
For the manicure I started off with a light blue base of Deborah Lippmann Blue Orchid on all my nails. Afterwards I stamped the gradient chevrons on my middle and ring finger with MoYou London Fashionista Plate Collection 05, Mundo de Uñas Green, and Mundo de Uñas Turquoise. To finish off the skittlette I applied the silver glitter China Glaze Fairy Dust on my pinky.
I love how this turned out and it is definitly not the last time I will make multicolored stamping!
What do you guys think about this manicure? Let me know in the comments!

Flakies
Hello ladies!
A few days ago I finally got my hands on a long time lemming of mine: Essie Shine of the Times!
Today I did some nail art featuring said nail polish inspired by @sloteazzy.
For the manicure I started off with a black base of Essie Licorice on all my nails. Afterwards I made the chevrons on my ring and middle finger using Mini Chevron Nail Vinyls from Glam My Mani and Essie Shine of the Times. I mattified the flakie chevrons with Essie Matte About You. To finish of the skittlette I applied a square gold stud from Born Pretty Store (#5003) on my pinky.
I love how this turned out and I love Essie Shine of the Times.

Chevron Skittlette
Hello ladies!
Today I made some nail art that I would like to show you guys - a chevron skittlette manicure.
For those of you who do not know what a skittlette manicure is, you can read about how Marta from Chit Chat Nails explains it here.
For the manicure I started off with a white base of Essie Blanc on my ring and middle finger, a teal green base of Essie Ruffles & Feathers on my pointer and thumb and a silver texture base of OPI It's Frosty Outside on my pinky. To make the chevron nail art on my middle and ring finger I used Chevron Nail Vinyls from Glam My Mani and the black nail polish Essie Licorice.
I really like the nail vinyls I got from Glam My Mani!
